New Product Development and Marketing Leaders
Focus on User Experience and Go-to-Market Strategy
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – June 2, 2008 –Helpstream, a leading provider of on-demand collaborative customer service solutions, today bolstered its management team with the addition of two software industry veterans. Bob Warfield and Mike Cichon have joined Helpstream as executive vice president of products and director of product marketing, respectively. The expanded management team will enable Helpstream to continually improve the solution’s user experience and to refine and execute the company’s go-to-market plan.

Mr. Warfield will be responsible for continuously improving the Helpstream user experience through engineering, operations and product management. Mr. Warfield’s notable career includes more than 25 years of experience as an executive in the software industry, ranging from startups to large public software companies. Prior to joining Helpstream, Mr. Warfield was chief technology officer and senior vice president of engineering for Callidus Software, the market leader in on-demand and on-premise incentive compensation solutions. Mr. Warfield has also held executive positions in development at Oracle, Pure Atria, and Rational Software. He has also founded 3 startup companies – Surpass, PriceRadar, and Integrity QA Software, and is the holder of nine patents on topics as diverse as genetic algorithms and user interface design.

Mr. Cichon will be responsible for corporate and product messaging and positioning, as well as developing and executing the go-to-market plan for Helpstream. Mr. Cichon brings to Helpstream over ten years of product marketing experience across a broad range of marketing activities, as well as seven years of direct sales experience. Prior to joining Helpstream, Mr. Cichon was senior director of marketing at Ketera Technology where he developed and executed the go-to-market launch plan for Ketera Supplier Connect.
