Helpstream Strengthens Management Team
New Marketing, Sales and Product Management Leaders Deepen
Customer Service and Support Bench Strength
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – March 18, 2008 – Helpstream, provider of on-demand collaborative customer service solutions, today strengthened its management team with the addition of two new customer service and support veterans. Richard Nieset and JP Saunders have joined Helpstream as executive vice president of marketing and sales and director of product management, respectively. The expanded management team will enable Helpstream to accelerate development of its products and services and to ramp up customer acquisition efforts through increased sales and marketing activities.

Mr. Nieset will drive Helpstream’s web marketing outreach programs, sales 2.0 processes, and interaction with prospects, customers and general community stakeholders. Mr. Nieset’s distinguished career spans more than 25 years including, including the role of executive vice president of global operations at KNOVA Software, a leading provider of customer service, self-service and intelligent search applications. Prior to his tenure at KNOVA, Mr. Nieset was EVP of North American sales and a member of the original start-up team at Agile Software. Mr. Nieset has also held sales and marketing leadership roles at Sherpa Corporation, Rexcom Systems, Perkin Elmer Data Systems, and Gould, Inc.

Mr. Saunders will manage all facets of product management, most importantly setting objectives and requirements for future Helpstream releases. Saunders brings to Helpstream over ten years of domain experience with web-based customer support software and solutions, including senior positions at KANA Software and Broad Daylight, which was acquired by Primus Knowledge Solutions and then by ATG.
