As a Premium feature, you can require agents and portal users to authorize their computer or other device for their login. When a user tries to log in from a new computer or device, a request is sent to his or her email address. The request must be confirmed before the user is allowed to log in. This prevents hijacking of a login/password to access the system. This is configurable for support agent access, portal user access, or both.
