As a Premium option, you can customize your Helpstream support portal, branding the interface with a logo, custom URL and custom color scheme. You have the option of turning off the ads that appear on the support portal in the free standard service. Alternatively, you can use the ad space to cross-sell your customer or generate revenue from third-party advertisers.
