Preferred Skills

  • Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure of quota and adapt to a changing environment
  • Manage/overcome prospect objections
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for technology and ability to relate technology to business
  • Knowledge of Office Products and CRM
  • Experience in the knowledge management space is a plus   

Responsibilities

  • Close sales opportunities through opportunity management, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning, and forecasting
  • Sell the value of HelpStream technology to executive decision makers
  • Drive sales over the internet through web based tools, discovery calls and presentations
  • Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and the Field Sales team on sales strategy
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts
  • Consultative solution selling experience
  • Customer Service and Support industry domain expertise
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software sales
  • Product Demonstration skills
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with

Additional Information
